Lorraine Vargas-Solla, is the Treasurer of Mikey G’s Embracing Wings Foundation. She has 26+ years as a NYC DOE educator. Her experience has focused on the elementary and early childhood levels. She is responsible for overseeing the Organization’s Financial Administration and Interests.  This includes managing cash flow, paying and recording bills, maintaining a record of debt, selecting a bank and reconciling statements. She also has a firm understanding of the organization's bylaws and laws that apply to the organization.

She lives in Kew Gardens, with her family.
